It is the only or best choice for high-temperature applications above 200℃, with lower system pressure and better safety compared to high-temperature water chillers. There is no need to worry about pipes freezing in winter or internal equipment rusting (compared to water chillers).

Water has the highest specific heat capacity, allowing it to remove more heat with the same pump power, resulting in faster cooling and significant energy savings. Water resources are also extremely inexpensive, leading to lower daily operating costs.

Medium Characteristics: Uses heat transfer oil as the medium; it has a high boiling point and stable chemical properties.

Temperature Range: Truly suited for high-temperature applications, easily achieving stable temperature control above 200℃ under normal pressure.

System Design: Requires an expansion tank; piping design must consider oil viscosity changes, oxidation, and cracking issues.

Medium Characteristics: Excellent thermal conductivity, using water or aqueous solutions as the medium.

Temperature Range: Standard model suitable for medium to low temperature applications. For temperatures above 120°C, a pressurized system (to prevent boiling) and the addition of a rust inhibitor are required.

System Design: Piping must be corrosion-resistant (e.g., stainless steel), and scaling and microbial growth must be considered.
